Our Story

A teenage girl had a dream, an idea. An idea that wouldn’t go away. Two decades later Michelle brought that dream to life and created Billie’s Bites.

As a girl fresh out of high school, Michelle dreamed of creating a business selling high quality, home style treats. With her mother, herself an award winning baker, she came up with the name Billie’s Bites. Ultimately that dream was put on hold as Michelle pursued a career in childcare and raised her own family.

In 2024, Michelle decided it was finally time to bring her longtime dreams to life. She brought her brother Jason onboard as a sounding board for product development and to help with the financial aspects of the business. After lots of planning, research and countless trials, Billie’s Bites was officially launched in April 2025.
